EMDR Consultation is a great way to build confidence and get input into how best to use EMDR with your clients. I am an EMDRIA approved EMDR certified therapist and consultant. I can provide individual and group hours of consultation needed for EMDR certification, but even if you are not seeking certification hours, consultation will help develop your skills and confidence using EMDR with clients (you and or the agency that you work for did not spend all that money on basic training not to use and use it as well as possible for the benefit of your clients).

For all my group consultations I reserve the right to shorten the length of this group based on size, 2 participants will be 1 hour, 3 participants will be 1.5 hours until there is a complement of 4-6 participants and then the consultation will be the full two hours.

One to One Consultation
Cost: Your one hour fee, if more then $180 per hour, or my one hour min $180 per hour ( which includes tax) to be implemented as of Jan 1, 2025 ) for service at a time agreed upon with Mona
Self-organized group consultation - Small ( Max 2 for a 1 hour consultation($250), Max 3 for a 1.5 hour consultation($375) and Max 4 for 2 hour consultation ($500) or Large (Max 6 for 2 hour consultation($500-$750)) - a time agreed upon with Mona
Supported Peer Practice Dyads and Triads
Still feeling not too sure about the EMDR standard protocol and want to practice with support. I can attempt a match and or you can come with colleagues to arrange peer practice with support. These session (1.5 hrs) are not considered EMDR Consultation but will have time for EMDR questions in addition to practice with a partner.
For triads I encourage a 4 session set of dates , $160 per person per date = $640 per person for 4x1.5 hrs together.
The first date for introductions and intentions for the time and space, review of each individual’s basic protocol scripts, set up for DAS, Calm Place and Container and target planning with possible time for short practice.
The second - forth sessions are for review and set up for long practice (45mins) with each session a new therapist in the therapist role for practice and then time for debrief and questions.

Occasionally I have offered EMDR Consultation for OASW Guelph and Area LEN memebers as a volunteer service. If you are a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers you may access this consultation group at a reduced fee for service by signing up with the OASW (first come first serve basis with a 6 participant max per group.
